Privacy Policy
This policy explains how The Inclusioneer Lab (“we,” “us,” and “our”) handles information connected with this website and messages you send using the contact details on it.
Information you share with us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any other information you choose to include, such as your name, title, organization, or phone number.
Our inquiry and Field Report signup forms are provided through GoHighLevel. They collect your name and email address, along with any optional information you enter, such as your title, organization, phone number, or message. GoHighLevel stores form submissions and contact records and sends form notifications and acknowledgments.
The Field Report form lets you request an email when the report is ready. A separate, optional checkbox lets you choose to receive email updates, publications, event invitations, and information about our advisory services. Leaving this box unchecked does not prevent you from making an inquiry or requesting the report. We retain the submitted consent choice with the form record.
You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical records to ask for accessibility help.
How we use information
We use information you share to respond to inquiries, provide information you request, discuss opportunities to work together, and manage those communications. We may also use it to meet legal obligations or address security and misuse concerns.
A request for a specific publication or accessibility assistance is not permission for unrelated marketing. If you separately choose to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe or contact us to stop them.
Hosting, technical information, and cookies
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and access logs, to deliver and secure this website. Hosting services may also use cookies or similar technologies.
We have not added separate analytics tools or advertising pixels to this version of the website. Your browser settings may let you manage cookies, although blocking them can affect website features.
Service providers and other websites
Our form, contact-management, email, and hosting providers process information as needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or misuse.
This website links to podcast platforms, social networks, publications, and other websites. When you follow a link or interact with those services, their privacy policies apply to the information they collect.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain the relevant business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. The period depends on the information and the reason we hold it.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no website, email service, or method of transmission can guarantee complete security.
We operate in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy rights.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal requirements or other permitted purposes.
Updates to this policy
We will update this page when our website or information practices change. The date below identifies the latest revision.
